Can I speak to you by phone or video chat to get more information before I join?

Absolutely!  After you fill out the survey application, I will send you an email and you can schedule a call with me to discuss your questions and how the program works.

What can I expect in each check-in?

Not all progress is made on the scale.  It is important to measure success in multiple ways to ensure our plan is working.  

With each check-in, you will:

In that email, you can tell me how your week/month went, how feel with your workouts, sleep, water intake, nutrition and overall well being. 

My response will come as a voice recording via email and I'll discuss what changes need to be made, (if any).  

Can I cancel anytime?

Inspire Fitness & Nutrition is a month-month service.  If you wish to discontinue your services, or change them to another plan, you may at the end of your paid month service time.  

How long does it take to get my program after I join?

Kaci will have your plan sent to you within one full business day after your onboarding call and initial check-in is sent

Will my program include nutrition counseling or a meal plan?

With both plans, Kaci will take your specific goals, starting point, and unique-t0-you data to create a macro-based approach to your diet.  This means, you will have an overlying calorie goal with an emphasis on specific  protein, carbohydrates, and fats intake each day.  

With the Introductory Plan, these numbers will be assessed and potentially modified each month with your check-in.  With the Premium Plan, these numbers will be assessed and potentially modified each week with your check-ins.  

A list of foods to help hit your target macronutrient-based meal plan will be available on your spreadsheet.  

What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?

Results don't just have to come from a gym!  At-home workout plans are available if you have no access or limited access to a gym!

How long until I see results?

The number one goal of Inspiration Fitness & Nutrition is to help you create lifelong, sustainable results!  A 1% drop in bodyweight per week is absolutely manageable, attainable and sustainable!  Remember, not all results of success come from the scale- you may see that the scale doesn't move much, but your waistline is slimming down and your clothes are fitting better!  

What if I travel often?

Inspire Fitness & Nutrition makes staying on track while you travel super convenient!  All of your data and workouts can be accessed on your mobile device! If you need access to alterntative workouts before you go on your trip, let Kaci know and she can alter your workouts directly on your spreadsheet!  

What certifications and experience do you have?

I am finishing up my Personal Training Certificate and Nutrition Coaching Certificate through NASM.  I am a licensed and practicing Physical Education and Health teacher in the state of Kansas.  I have also coached weights at our local school district for six years.

What if I have an injury?

Injuries can not only be physically, but  mentally challenging.  If serious, seek consult from a lisenced medical professional.  Workouts can be tailored to help you work through an injury and continue to make progress!  

Is there a money back guarantee?

Because so much of your success relies on your level of participation and adherence, there is no result guarantee with Inspire Fitness & Nutrition.

Do you work with athletes or figure competitors?

At this point, Inspire Fitness & Nutrition is only accepting lifestyle clients. 

Can I change my Inspire Fitness & Nutrition program?

Yes!  After your month membership has ended, you can change plans if you wish.  

 I’m a client, may I post my workout videos or photos to social media?

Video footage and photographs tagged with #InspireFitnessNutrition or @InspireFitness&Nutrition are encouraged! Afterall, we are here to INSPIRE others to want to live a healthy more fulfilling life!  Please refrain from posting images or copies of your workout plan/spreadsheet directly, however.  


I’m a client, can I call and ask Kaci questions at any time?

Yes, if you are enrolled in the Premium Plan, Kaci will respond back within one business day of your inquiry.  For Introductory Plan members, Kaci will respond to your questions once-a-week as well as on your monthly check-in.
